Data Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your name, email or phone number used in the contact and a short description of where you interacted with Nursy. We may ask for identity confirmation before completing deletion.

If you interacted with Nursy through Facebook, Instagram, ads, lead forms or Meta tools, you can also remove permissions and manage data directly in your Meta account, in Apps, Websites, Ads and Privacy settings.

After receiving your request, we will review records controlled by Nursy and delete or anonymize eligible data, unless retention is needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, contractual compliance or defense of rights.

We respond to requests within a reasonable period and, when applicable, within 30 days. If the request is complex, we may ask for additional information to locate the data.

Nursy does not control data maintained directly by Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, phone providers or other third parties. For that data, also use the privacy settings of the relevant platform.
